9.30 – 10.30 – BEE WISDOM – MARK FARAH: The Honey Guide, is a local beekeeper with an interest in conservation and ecological heritage. He will speak about Bees and Trees and Flowers of the South Peninsula.
11.00 – 12.00 – JUSTIN GOMES: talks about his transition from competing at the top level in the highly competitive, always-on world of advertising to growing roots in his community as the owner of Jardim Farm, in Noordhoek. Justin weaves in the themes of his book, “The Cloud Helped People See“ for an insightful, inspiring look at how we connect with nature, each other and perhaps most importantly, ourselves. After, he will read his book to the children (and adults). The book will be for sale and he will even sign it for you.
