Talitha celebrates 3 Years: A Journey of Growth, Trust, and Reflection

I’m having to take a deep breath here. All Things Earthly is 3! In human years this is the milestone where we become less reactive as parents – we can take our child for a walk without having to watch their every step, we can hold their hand and allow them to guide us.

Similarly, we have nurtured our business to grow organically to this 3-year milestone. We can trust its own integrity more and more each day.

I was asked about my top 3 tips for running my own business. Here they are:

  1. Work on conquering your fears: Do something that scares you every day. Fear can be your most potent teacher, so allow it to guide you.
  2. Hard work: Put in the hard work. Get up when you don’t feel like it. Push through when you hear excuses whispering in your ears. Do the most difficult thing today, don’t wait until tomorrow. Manage your time. Put robust operational systems in place.
  3. Surrender: Let the thing that you have created guide you. Be its co-creator. This is the beautiful dance of life between freedom and unity. Love and detachment.

It’s the people in our business that make this business a success. Huge amounts of dedication, will-power, love, affection, and care are being poured into our business by every person on the team. I am grateful, but mostly, I am in awe of each one of them, for who they are and for how they show up in their lives.

And then my business partner Diane… I cannot be prouder of how we have both grown in just 3 years. Of where we are in business and mostly of where we are in relationship with each other: always supporting and complementing each other, whilst allowing the other to be different and unique, Yin Yang style.

We have gone from being two moms on a mission, to two thriving businesswomen who know now bounds to what they can manifest in this life, each of us holding a great reverence for this earth.

Nature remains my biggest teacher.

I am eternally grateful for all things that are earthly.

Yours in wellness
